SPIKED Baby Food!

You went into the kitchen and decided that just diapering her wasn't enough. You really want to embarrass her to the extreme.
As you got out some baby food, you created some laxatives and decided to let Lisa pick her poison.
By this, I mean Lisa decides what laxative she'll be taking. You had many of laxatives in mind but lowered the choices down to two different laxatives.

In one hand you'll hold a Small Effect-Laxative; this one would make her feel as if she'd just eaten at a Mexican resturaunt. Lisa's insides always acted up if she ate Mexican food.

In the other hand, you'd have a Heavy-Duty Fast-Acting laxative; this one would give her the control of an incontinent 1 year old with severe diarrhea.

You walk up to her, she's in a highchair you picked out just for her, and asked her to pick a hand.
"Why? What're you hiding in them?" She asks.
"Just pick one, nothing bad will happen." You say, as she chose...

You have the following choices:
