"What's wrong, Daddy?" Kristen said. She was different too. She was wearing a sports cap and a blue t-shirt and shorts, and was dressed like a little boy, as opposed to a girl.
Stephen tried to take everything in. Something was very wrong here. He looked over to where Joe had been sitting. The boy was gone. The look on his face must have been obvious.
"Maybe I should show you to your room," Amanda said.
