When Kyle and Jessica had awaken, they didn't know they had been in Dr. Moriarty's lab. They didn't notice anything wrong at all. Jessica assumed they had only dozed for a minute since when she picked up her cocktail it was still frosty and very delicious. Kyle stirred a few moments after Jessica. His drink was also still quite cool despite the warmth of the day. Looking at Jessica's pre-teen body, he still thought she was the sexiest woman around. She had small nubs on her chest under her swimsuit top, but Kyle thought they were sexy nevertheless.
"Let's take a swim," Kyle suggested.
"Sure thing," Jessica agreed.
When they got off their lounges, there was no doubt that Jessica was taller than Kyle. At ten year old physically, she was starting puberty before Kyle and so she was at least four inches taller. Kyle who also had the body of a ten year old, wasn't only shorter than Jessica, but his skin was smoother too. Jessica headed towards the pool. "Aren't you forgetting something?" Kyle inquired.
"What?"
Kyle held up some water wings. In their new younger bodies, neither Kyle nor Jessica knew how to swim. "I almost forgot. But you would have saved me from drowning."
Kyle stuck out his little hairless chest. "I'll always be around to save you."
"My hero."
Across the pool, this time Kyle and Jessica noticed what they perceived to be pre-teens wearing adult swimwear. "Look at that."
"Where are those kids parents? How could they let those kids go out that way?"
"I don't know what is wrong with people these days," Jessica agreed as they entered the pool front area. What Kyle and Jessica didn't know was what they were seeing were their previous adult bodies wearing their own clothes.
