It was then they heard an unfamiliar voice. "Hello, girls, are you lost?" They turned and saw a maid standing at the end of the hall. "My name is Amanda, the maid of this house, a pleasure to make your acquaintance." She declared, curtsying to them. Amelia was the first to speak. "Hello, Amanda, do you think we could spend the night here? Our car broke down and we don't have anywhere else to go." Amanda smiled sweetly, yet somehow creepily. "Of course. The guest bedrooms are under renovations, so I'm afraid you'll have to sleep in the nursery, is that okay?" Wendy glared at her. "No, that is not okay! I'm not a freaking baby!" Anne turned to Wendy. "Look, it's either sleep in the nursery or sleep in the pouring rain." Wendy muttered something under her breath, before the four girls walked into the nursery.
Meanwhile, Amanda walked into the master bedroom, looking at an old photo. It featured a mother and her three triplet babies. "It's finally come, my masters. Your new vessels have arrived." She spoke ominously.
