Keroro remembered hearing how Pekoponians are helpless at birth & the first few months of their lives, so if he wanted Natsumi, his biggest obstacle, out of the way, he'd turn her into a neonate (scientific name for "newborn") & leave her in the care of someone else while he & his comrades were out commencing the invasion. Giroro would most likely be pretty furious at him if he found out, since the Lance Corporal happened to have a crush on Natsumi, but Keroro would deal with him later. So, having made up his mind, he quickly fired at Natsumi.
Soon, a bright light filled the room as Natsumi began shrinking down in both age & size as her clothes got too big & wound up covering her completely. Keroro waited for a reaction until he detected movement in the pile of clothes with faint, muffled cries heard within it. He pulled away some of the loose clothing until it revealed what Keroro was expecting: a tiny, naked, newborn baby human with short pink hair, crying. However, she went silent as she looked up at the Keronian looking down at her.
