Yes! May I play with your feet?

"M-My feet?" Hinata blushed. "Well, if that's what you desire...."
Hinata sat on the ground, presenting her feet to you. You take her delicate feet and start massaging them. Hinata moans in pleasure, wiggling her toes, you lift her left foot up and start suckling on her wiggling toes. Hinata falls on her back, releasing a loud moan, overwhelmed by the sudden pleasure. "Her feet taste like vanilla......", you thought as your tounge circles around each of her toes. You switch out the foot for her right one, repeating the same toe process. Hinata was a twitching, moaning mess when you finished, you noticed her bag off to the side. It must've fallen off when you and her got flung, you look through the bag to find some rope, a paint brush, a cloth rag, and moslty other junk.
You decide it's time to tickle her, as you clean off her feet. But what should you use?
