Iven panicked, struggling around and desperately trying to get Rex to notice his predicament, but no help came. His head was pulled back into the throat and swallowed, leaving his midsection in the tail's mouth and his legs kicking uselessly outside of it.
Iven tried to shout for help, but all he got in return was a mouthful of mucus and saliva. It seemed he really was doomed to being dinner.
