Man, woman, or child; each were in varying degrees of obesity. You couldn't go outside without seeing someone munching down on McDonalds.
Why this happened so explosively was due to McDonald's revolutionary change in their product. Where it had been known before to be unhealthy,and cause heart-failure, an empolyee's suggestion had revamped the recipe of the burger, turning it into a 'health food'. The burger tasted even better than before, but now that it was called 'healthy' everyone and their mother was eating McDonalds 24/7. Even protestors to McDonalds before were shovelling down fries, and burgers like their lives depended upon it. I
This should have been an issue for the company, but they instead decided to create more places in town, and create a delivery service. Only the truly dedicate visited the actual restaurants now as everyone was too fat and lazy to leave their own homes.
One of these groups was Chrissy's family.
To describe the average day for her family was the following, and current scenario:
A blob-like girl named Chrissy would be woken up late in the morning by her own stomach. She'd roll herself out of bed, and not change - since she was both too lazy and tired to do so. She'd spend half an hour making her way downstairs, perspiring by the time she'd have gotten downstairs. When she'd waddle into the kitchen she'd usually find her mother obsessively devouring her 21st Big Mac.
Her mother had been a fit, confident and well-maintained woman before the McDonald Boom, but now that it taken hold of her she had definitely fallen from grace. Weighing in at 800 pounds, Valerie had no neck as her four chins had stock-piled in the space between her jaw and chest. Her chest, a moderate b-cup beforehand was bloated of fatty tissue and milk and now an impressive H-cup, sagging onto her belly. Speaking of the greatest part of her, her belly made sure she could never leave as most of her weight was centered there and the six, thirty-pound each rolls kept her grounded. Her arms were like chicken wings, and her legs those of a pig.
But that paled in comparison to Chrissy, the original McDonalds addict who weighed...
