Naruto was almost home, but he was way too excited to go to sleep! A technique that can make people weaker! The possibilities were endless... he could make everyone in the world weaker than himself and Sakura, then she'd have to like him! Deep down he wanted to use the technique on Sasuke more than anyone, but since he also knew it, that might lead to a war of attrition.
