The most dangerous sector of the city was known to have several stores that sold illegal transformation objects such as jewelry, magic skin, potions and others. Hats, necklaces or bracelets that allowed transformation, but had a definite form only while using the object that was easy to remove or break.

In this neighborhood there are also illegal TF clinics that allow any type of transformation.
Another object, believed that only you can get it here is the "remote control TF" which allows any transformation (change of age, gender, species, and changes in hair, chest, muscle mass) at the push of a few buttons.
In this neighborhood there are brothels, bookies, drug dealers and traffickers of women (not known if women were usually men). Street sellers also sell bondage collars that force the wearer to do everything his master command him, but only while you are within range of an antenna that controls the collars (but from the beginning, with most given the order not to leave the street, it is almost impossible to get away from the antenna control) The collar does not affect the user's mind but controls their body like a puppet.
