Walking home, Sakura had frantically asked Naruto to use his toilet. He agreed, after all it was his crush and he head pervy feelings towards her. Sakura rushed to the bathroom, pulled down her pants, and situated herself on the toilet seat.
She groaned, regretting her laxative overdose. She pushed out a loud fart, also releasing a large, wet load. Heavy chunks of poop flowed out of her butt. "Unnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnh!" Sakura pushed out a long, slippery log of loose waste. It landed in the toilet with a loud plop.
Sakura looked up and saw Naruto in the bathroom doorway, watching her. "Wha- what are you doing here?!"
"I wanted to make sure you were alright...and also I need some company."
"Well I don't, I need privacy!" Sakura yelled and grunted again as diarrhea flowed from her butthole.
"Mnnnnnnnngh! Huhnnnnnnnnn!"
Plops and Sloshes could be heard. A long wet fart echoed in the toilet, dispensing a large load with it.
