Continuing along the road out of the leaf, Sakura felt a cramp in her stomach. She ignored it, but the cramps came back and hurt more and more. Before long, she felt the urge to go and a sharp pain in her stomach, as well as a sickening, nauseous feeling.
She decided to push onward until she could find the next bathroom, but her stomachache grew worse and the urge to go strengthened. A fart slipped out, and then another. A long wet fart oozed out of Sakura. She felt her pants grow heavier and a wet, sticky spot in her underwear, and stopped. She hid behind some bushes and pulled down her pants.
Sakura groaned as she let away the rest of her mess. The greasy diarrhea carried an unbearable stench. She squat behind the bushes and pushed out more poop, grunting slightly.
She forced out another fart, and then another sticky load. Sighing, Sakura realized her predicament- does she just go on soiled, waiting for a place to change? Or does she try to make it back?
