She shrinks slowly.

Over the course of her work day, she felt like things were changing. She'd first noticed something was wrong when she noticed the doorhandle to the kitchen seemed to be slightly higher up than usual. Then, she noticed how her uniform was a bit too big - and her skirt started sliding down slightly.

She tried to ignore it - maybe she had just lost weight recently? She had been eating less, it would make sense.
