"What's wrong Mom? Why is John sceaming?" Mel says. "Don't come in..." you start to say, but too late. Both Mel and Megan come in and see your new uniform. To your dismay, they begin to laugh, but then they start to think. You wouldn't have the time to steal one of Mel's uniforms , put it on, and more importantly, you wouldn't be standing here to be caught.
"Why is John wearing one of my uniforms" Mel says confused. Mom just laughs. I may as well tell you, and Megan too, since she is so close to our family. "I'm a witch, and let us just say John didn't believe me. Do you believe me now?" she asks you. You quickly nod, not wanting to make things worse. Fortunately Mom's next spell restores your normal uniform. Mel looks at you and Mom in shock. Megan looks impressed.
"Thanks Mom, but couldn't you keep this quiet. I know the girls won't bother me about this, right" you say, and the girls nod, "-but, it isn't something I wanted Mel or Megan it see."
Mom smiles again. "Your screams attacted them to you, so it is your fault, but to make things up, I've got a present for you. Know the box of things in the attic that you are forbidden to touch? Go and choose something."
You feel nervous as you walk in the attic, since the 'things' must be magical. You don't want anymore magic cast on you, but you decide to go and see what is in the box, anyway. However you feel that you not alone, so you turn around and see that someone was sneaking up on you- Hayley.
