After thinking about it for a while Hinata decided against going outside, puting that constraining desguise jutsu was something akin to trying to put a sleeping bag back in its carrying case, you know it fits in there, but it takes a lot more time and effort to put it in than to take it out. Besides that she was outside most of the day, she needed some time to be with her loving sister.
So at that Hinata starts waddling her way through her home looking for "little" Hanabi, after searching the halls for a few minutes ocasionally calling out her sister's name, Hinata comes to the logical conclusion to try Hanabi's room. After toddling her way through the halls, occasionally needing to suck it in so she could squeeze past a decorative table or something HInata finally comes to her sisters room, and gives the door a polite knock.
"Hanabi-chan are you in there?"
Hinata presses her ear to the door and just through the wood she can hear the sounds of crunching and smacking lips followed by a very muffled, 'come in'.
Hinata opens the door and squeezes her way through the frame, and sure enough laying on her bed surrounded by at least six bags of chips, and working on another one was Hinata's little sister Hanabi.
"Hello Nee-chan." Hanabi mumbles around a mouth full of chips, spraying a few crumbs everywhere.
Hinata smiles lovingly at her sister. "Hello Hanabi-chan, enjoying your light snack."
Her sister only nods, to preocupied with chewing to answer.
"Listen could you please sit up I have a little surprise to show you."
Hanabi nods sets her chips on a bed side table and starts working into a up right position. Like Hinata, Hanabi was a very heafty little girl around 300 pounds, and while not as fat as Hinata, she was a lot shorter which squished her fat together making her look very wide, almost like a big round stomach with plump limbs attached.
"What is it?" Hanabi asks after finnaly swallowing her mouthful of chips.
A very giddy smile crosses Hinata's face, while she gives her sister a 'come here' motion. Hanabi gives off a frustrated groan while she heafts herself onto her pudgy bare feet and starts waddling over to her sister. Once she was in arms length Hinata grabs Hanabi's hand and places it on her stomach, after a few seconds the imprisond Naruto gives another thrash, that Hanabi can feel through her sister's flab, which sends her recoiling in surprise.
"Is that? Did you actually? Really!?"
Hinata just nods gleefully giggling like a mad woman.
"You've been talking about it for so long Nee-san I just didn't think you'd go through with it."
Hinata just laughs hartily. "Well I did, take a seat and I'll tell you all about it."
The two plump sisters sit down on Hanabi's bed, the frame creaking ominously as the combined weight of two morbidly obese girls and one grastronomically imprisoned boy come down on it. Hinata then goes into excutiating detail about how this happened, only pausing to give a pleasurable moan whenever Naruto thrashed around. And all the while Hanabi was fondling her sister's tummy feeling every part of Naruto as he tried to push and shove against the walls of Hinata's stomach.
"Well Hanabi-chan, do you have anyquestions?"
"Yes Nee-chan, I was wondering, "
