This choice: You two arrive at the mall • Go Back... The two of you get to the mall after a ride on the city bus; a ride you would rather not repeat, you didn’t use to mind, but now (with Karen’s personality) you do. The mall you had chosen to go to is one of the most upscale ones in the city, filled with the trendiest brands and stores. Looking around you notice several large banners that make you squeal with girlish glee. Karen gives you a quizzical look, wondering if there was something wrong with you.
“Don’t you see Karen?” you ask, while pointing at the banners.
“See what Alex? Why are you squealing like a little girl?”
“The whole mall is on SALE you dummy!” you explain.
“Yeah, so what’s so special about that?”
“It’s a mall-wide sale Karen, that’s what’s special, duh,” you tell him while rolling your eyes.
“Well this is the most expensive mall in town Alex, even if it is half off we still can’t buy anything here. I just came because it beats staying home all day,” she states bluntly.
“Oh, you are such a bore sometimes!”
“I’m sorry, but that’s just how it is; I’m a realist”
“You’re a party pooper, that’s what you are. Anyways, I’m an optimist aaand I have this,” you say, pointing at the PAID.
“Oh? And what are you gonna do with that?"
“Well, isn’t it the Personal Aspect Interchanging Device?"
“Yeah, what about it?”
“Ugh, you have noo imagination! Isn’t MONEY a personal aspect?”
“I guess so,”
“Then we can interchange it,” you tell her with a grin
“THAT’S STEALING ALEX!” she scream, which gets a few people to stare at the two of you.
“Hey, I think there are still a few people in China who didn’t hear you, you should scream even louder next time. No one is going to notice anyways; not with the PAID anyways,”
