His metal frame continued to shrink, but at a certain point, it felt as if the metal was merely his armormor overtop of his.....flesh!? Did it appear as a result of the regression and/or curse, or was it always there and he merely paid no attention to it? It boggled the now 10 year old reploid's mind. Although X didn't recall ever being a child, he seemed to him that this was case. With each second, his armor felt looser and looser. Some of it fell of and hit the ground!
The poor boy was frightened, as he now reached seven years of "age." This wasn't age as robots saw it, however, but rather age has human's
way of looking at "age." As far as he knew, he was still the same age he was before but simply modeled after a human at a certain age. Though the sudden feeling that he had flesh made him wonder how much of him was mechanical.
His regression finally stopped at eight months old. X was lying on his back in his oversized helmet naked and crying, the rest of his now oversized armor surrounding him. He was confused as to what just happened, yet he knew it wasn't necessarily a good thing. The world around him seemed much bigger and scarier, which caused him to cry more.
