"Stop that!" The secretary yells at you. she clutches her stomach wall catching one of your feet. You struggle to get it out but unbeknown to you to loosens the shoe. when you manage to get free you fall back, and your lose shoe flies up, through the secretary's thought and hits her uvula.
That causes her to through up her stomaches contents. Manly you.
When you are thrown up you see you are.....
