The plan

Mika walked to your chair and started rubbing your belly.

"Do you know what a female fat admirer is?" asked the obese guard.

"It sounds self explanatory," you reply.

The belly rubbing sped up.

"Well, all of us here are girls who like men who are big and fat, just like your uncle was. You on the other hand are quite skinny. We want to turn you in to a real man!" explained Mika. "You'll be even bigger than me!" she remarked, slapping her large belly and causing it to jiggle.

There was a lot to consider. It did sound like a nice lifestyle - you get pampered all day and get what is effectively a harem of attractive girls. You were also a fat admirer yourself, strongly attracted to Mika's 350 lb body.
