Someone comes in and gets it for you

"well there's my big boy" cooed your mother as she came in "and how are we?"
You try and say hi but all that comes out was a gurgle you can't talk!
"Well it is time for feeding" said your mother and she feeds you a huge bootle filled with pureed hamburgers
after a while you fall asleep, the next thing you know you are in your living room and wearing a little tuxedo that barely holds you, then your mother comes in again
"is little Johnny ready for food?" asks the mother
"food again" you think "ah well" as she puts the bottle in your mouth after you finish your tuxedo shirt pops a button.

What does the mother do?
