It had been an hour since the group had received their quarantine, and Angela started to pass time by exploring the labyrinth of tunnels. Even then, she grew bored by the simplistic structures that the tunnels formed in their sector.
"Well, this is boring..." She sat down on a rock against the wall. Picking up a smaller rock nearby, she proceeded to play catch with herself by throwing it against the wall and catching it once it bounced back.
After a few minutes of tossing, the rock eventually banged against a metal pipe, creating an echoing sound.
"That was kind of a cool sound..." Angela turned her aim towards the pipe, the sound resonating through the tunnel.
The noise attracted Pam's attention, who started to head towards Angela's area. When Angela heard footsteps approaching, her final toss gave a louder bang, and denting the pipe, to Angela's fear.
"What's going on, Angela? I've been hearing strange noises for ten minutes."
"Nothing. Just tossing rocks around."
"Angela, I know you're new here, but you've got to be careful."
"Okay. Sorry, Pam. I just..." She was interrupted by a hissing noise, and was shocked to see water spraying from the dent in the pipe she had just made.
To her horror, a surge of water rushed through, shooting a torrent of water right at her...
