You run to your car not stopping even for the screams of pain you heard behind you. You knew you kept a revolver in the dashboard and the gilt was killing you. You jump into your car slamming the door behind you. Your tires spring to life as you swerve down the street. It was getting hard to see from all the rain. You furiously tried to turn on the windshield wipers but you swerved of the road.
Your chest crashed against the airbag that inflated infiltrating your field of vision. A pole hit the roof of your car blocking you from getting to the "shotgun" seat. You moved your arms pulling down the bag so you could see outside the window. "Shit, shit, shit! This is going to cost me a lot!" You shout. You look out the window as two figures appear, an old woman and a young boy.
Their eyes where very dilated. The old woman looked around sixty and the boy around eight. They crawled on the hood of the car staring at you. The boy reaches your window first and began pushing against the window. You could hear his awful moaning.
You grabbed the gun from the dashboard and shoot him in the chest. He stumbled back and continued forward. You shoot again, still nothing. The gun could hold six shoots so you had to spare them. You tried one more time this time in the head. The boy fell over lifeless, or even more lifeless then before. You aimed for the old woman and shoot her in the head. She tumbled off the side of the car. "Two shoots left." you whispered "I have to make them count."
More figures appeared. You made a run for it. You sprang out of the door and reached the door of a two story home. You knocked franticly. Sweat beaded in your hand and rain tricked down your face. Two teenaged corpses stumbled towards you with a middle aged man behind them. No one answered. You went to the back where and looked at your surroundings. You stood on a porch and saw a door and two windows that you could reach.
You stepped forward onto a pile of blood. You bit your tongue before you could scream. Thunder boomed and the undead where appearing out of the thick rain. You ran to the door pounding hard. You peeped in each window and saw that one lead to a bedroom and the other lead to a bathroom.
