Well, you decide to do a couple of things.
You smoothly slice off your nipples, which had been provided by her in the first place, and attach her eyes. She giggles. "I'm not done yet," you say, as you remove your genitals. They go in a pile with the nipples.
You stick her nose and mouth into your crotch. "You there?", you ask her, to test whether she retained control.
