Concerned he cut himself he inspects further only to find that he is missing his genitals completely. At first he's concerned that may have somehow cut it off but dismisses that straight away especially when he feels something foreign in between his legs. Straight away he screams as he now has a vagina and what's worse is he appears to be having his period.

Not knowing how this happened he stands there before....
