You take Patty to the back of the building

You take Patty out to the back of the building where there is a fairly large garden.
"When I was doing biology I did all my studying outside whenever I could it helped me get in the right mood" you say to her.

"I guess so, and it is nice out today" Patty says. She takes a seat over a small pool setting her legs across it and setting her books and notes to one side.

You take a moment to admire Patty she had very good taste in clothes she was wearing a purple dress that went down to her hips, a dark pair of blue skinny jeans and black gladiator style sandals covering a pair of pale feet. She was wearing clothes that were sensible for the hot day and still showed off her great physique.

"Okay then let's choose what to study" you say. "Now you say it has to be something odd, how about why people help others"
Patty looks at you puzzled. "What do you mean?"
"Well think about it, I had no reason to help but here I am helping you anyway. Now people help each other for two main reasons as a favor and as a labor, meaning they expect payment. It is odd for me to help you because I don't know you so I must be doing it for payment but I didn't ask for money so what could I be after?"

"Well, I like your idea about helping others as two main groups. This is a good start for a theory or work in my class speaking of payment how can I repay you?"
