Balto and Jenna were out exploring the wilderness. It was an unusually warm day for such a cold area of the world so they had no trouble being out all day.
"You having fun?" asked Balto.
"Yeah," replied Jenna, keeping pace with him. "I've never been to this part of the woods before."
"Well, there's something I wanted to show you," Balto said with a blushed face he quickly hid. They climbed to the highest point in the area and stared down at the scenery of the ocean that spanned for countless miles. The salt water mixed with the air creating a scent that was both foreign and refreshing to their canine senses. The ocean breeze was cool and only bearable thanks to the warm weather. Balto turned to Jenna. "Well, what do you think?"
"I love it," she replied breathing the salt air in deeply. It's the most beautiful thing I have ever seen."
"Hmm, only the second most beautiful thing I've ever seen," replied Balto smiling.
"Oh, really," said Jenna. "Then what's the first?"
"I'm looking at it," commented Balto.
Jenna didn't realize what he was talking about at first, thinking he was referring to the landscape before them, but then realized he was looking at her.
"Oh, I didn't realize you felt that way about me?" she lied.
"But I do and I know how you feel about me. So please give me your answer; I want to be with you. Will you be with me, forever?"
Jenna stepped back and averted her eyes, much to Balto's dismay. Jenna truely did have feelings for Balto; that was a given. However, she had a think for fat dogs and would have loved to snuggle up to a nice fat dog ona cold night. Still, such a thought didn't feel right in words. She didn't want to say something to Balto feeling he might see it as wierd or too much of a request. She had always planned on telling him one day, but she always lost her nerve. Now, she was at the pivotal point where she had to tell him before they could ever consider taking their relationship further. Jenna turned back to Balto and...
