Kat groaned as she woke up. She'd been experimenting with a new weapon that could, theoretically, crush the Covenant and win the war. Unlike normal, when she'd wake up and make sure all her limbs were intact (excluding her right arm, since it was made of metal rather than flesh), she was laying on her right side...looking at her flesh and blood right arm.

But everything seemed...bigger. Kat gasped as she realized what had happened, right as the door opened.
