How about instead of doing something with the already existing Fazbear Frights story, we instead go full Goosebumps, and make our own "Give Yourself Goosebumps", maybe "Give yourself Frights" eh it's a working title.

I'll start us off with a concept:

Hurley, is-or should I say was a brand new Security officer of a brand new Freddy Fazbear Pizza, when suddenly he saw a fellow security officer murder a child, but before he could alert anyone he was murdered, with this death he finds himself stuck in a animatronic body, (RC on who) he must learn who killed him, and possibly let his fellow spirts find peace, there are many twists and turns awaits.

Or instead we can make our own Fazbear Frights stories.

Here's an idea:
Perkins was a 25 year old man, when suddenly he found himself having to babysit his younger sister Sally on her tenth birthday at Freddy Fazbear's pizza, durring this he suddenly and expectedly in the body of one of the animatronics, will he be able to return to his body? Convince his sister, and so much more.
