Emma eats another bean

"OK, what shall we do now?" you ask, as an open question to the others. "You have both eaten one of the beans, so guess to be fair I'd better try the next one."

"Not on your life!" Emma replies. "I have no particular desire to stay like this any longer than I must. I'll try another one."

"You realize that it may not turn you back - we've got several colors to get through yet ..."

"I'll take my chances then." Emma picks up another bean. "Purple." She pops it into her mouth.

Both Stacey and you watch Emma avidly, waiting to see what will happen.

"You sure you swallowed it? I can't see anything happening yet..." you ask. Then you realize you spoke five seconds too soon, as Emma seemed to start changing.

"Oh God! What now?" she says.

What is happening to her?
