Mindy’s eyes fluttered open, and she blinked against the strange, dim light filtering through an unfamiliar sky. Her body felt lighter, more delicate, and as she sat up, she realized her reflection wasn’t what she remembered. Instead of her usual self, a young woman with flowing dark hair and piercing eyes gazed back at her from a shimmering surface—she was no longer Daniel.

The world around her was bizarre—an eerie blend of old Salem and something otherworldly. Twisted trees with gnarled branches stretched into a hazy sky, and the air hummed with strange energy. Shadows danced at the edges of her vision, and the ground beneath her was uneven, almost alive.

Mindy’s heart pounded. She had used the witchcraft bottle, wishing to become a girl, but now she was trapped in this strange, surreal realm. She clutched her arms, feeling the unfamiliar softness of her new form, her mind racing.

And to make it worse she had to scope with a figure emerged from the mist—graceful yet commanding, a tall mistress, dressed in dark, flowing robes, with an aura that radiated power and mystery. Her hair was silvery, and her eyes gleamed like moonlit pools.

“I see you’ve not found your way here,” the mistress said.

Mindy stared, trying to process and understand who this mistress is…

The woman able to read her mind, smiled “I am Sakura, the Mistress of Salem’s secrets. Long ago, I was the witch of this town, a guardian of its hidden magic. But now, I am more than just a witch—an eternal keeper of the dark magic.”

Mindy’s eyes widened. “You’re… the witch from Salem? The one who sold the bottle?”

Sakura nodded. “Yes. That bottle contains the essence of our magic—power to grant wishes, but also the potential to trap or transform those who dare to seek shortcuts. You wished to become a girl, and so you did. But here, in my realm, the consequences are far more intricate. You are caught between worlds now, Mindy.”
