Next morning you meet your boss for another meeting of sharing the details at this mission now:
Your boss started his part: “OK, what we know and what we want:
We know that Evan Whitestone is on the most wanted criminal list for quite some time, but there were never much evidence to bring him to court….
Officially he running a legal business based on some Island Sate, which has some very reluctant rules and is known for corruption and all these things…
It is a small Island somewhere in the ocean nearby the African coast.
Since Evan is having African roots and his parents still live in some small state in Central Africa, this seems nothing illegal or strange, and your cover should somehow consider this constellation.
