You hear your stomach give off a desperate loud growl, hungry for food. Lots of food. As a pack of about 30 people started to run away, you bend down and scoop them up into your palm. Before they even have a chance to jump, you bring your hand to your mouth and drop all of them in at once. Savoring the new and satisfying taste, you chew some of them up and swallow them all down. You giggle as you feel all the bodies fall into your massive stomach. It growls loudly again. Those people didn't even put a dent in your hunger.
You rampage through the city, and scoop up more people quicker and in higher numbers than your first batch of tasty citizens. You come to love their pitiful screams as they fall into your mouth and are digested by your stomach. After about a binge of over 1000 people, you sit down on one of the roads, relax, and pat your distended belly. Screams of countless people can be heard, although muffled, from within. Then, you feel a low, shaky rumble from inside your stomach. Something was coming...
BUUUUUUURP!! You release a massive belch, knocking over the building across from you with the sound. You turn away at the smell of your gas, and burp again, this time shorter but deeper. It shakes the ground like a small earthquake, as does your belly's continued grumbling as it digests all the people eaten.
