Chapter #8A Show called Shrunk, Naked and Afraid! by: Unknown How about a futuristic spin on a current Discovery Channel show called Naked and Afraid, which is about a couple, a man and a woman who are both completely naked and have to survive 21 days together in a hostile environment. My proposed spin on the show would start a few decades from now, after the portable shrink ray is invented. Some desperate entertainment executive creates a show where contestants have to get naked together and survive, but with a twist. These contestants are all shrunk down to the size of a small action figure or a small doll, around three inches tall. Their size depends on the tiny person’s age and gender at the time of shrinking. Some contestants are willing participants, while others have been kidnapped, and are unwilling. Two or more tiny couples or sometimes even tiny families are shrunk together, and have to survive in a jungle, on an island, on an alien world, in a backyard, in a zoo, in a school, and even inside cities, or people’s homes. Most of these tiny couples are real couples, or families, but sometimes they get some strangers and throw them together. They also mix willing and unwilling contestants together.
Any winners/survivors that last the 21 days will be restored to their normal size, and will be given a large, tax-free cash prize. However, most contestants do not survive. Most are swallowed alive by something, including but not limited to animals, pets, carnivore’s plants, or sometimes even by other humans or alien creatures. Yes, they can go to other worlds by this time. Some contestants simply vanish and become somebody’s pet, toy, or worse, which is legal. Over population on Earth has forced the government to create laws to promote death, not to stop it. However, if the contestants should be killed while doing something interesting at the time of their death, like being swallowed alive as they have sex, then their surviving families back home will get a large cash prize. The viewers at home see everything uncensored, anytime they want. If all of the contestants vanish, die, or even win, then a new group is chosen for another show.
