You get put to sleep then you wake up with your friends smiling at and said "it's done and it's perfectly normal and natural due to our stem cells".

You are a little confused till then they said "Carl you now have a naturally formed with some scientific help an vagina nestled between your legs".

It will help with the major promotion you want, you get a mirror but you don't look any different.

You say "does it work" your friends say it works like any natural vagina except you can't get pregnant yet but once the pill you took takes effect you'll be able to get pregnant too.
