Chapter #6
Frank Smith hulks out
by: Unknown
The pain throbbed his body like mad. Frank rubbed his hurting foot, then suddenly, a nasty sting in his heart area caused Frank to collapse to the ground. He landed on all fours, screaming from pain.
Justin immediately ran to his father and asked if he needed any help, if he was feeling alright.
Frank couldn’t answer. He started hyperventilating as the feeling in his chest increased. He started having trouble breathing as the collar of his polo was getting tighter around his neck. It wasn’t his polo which shrank; however, it was his neck which expanded. Still on all fours he took one hand and yanked the collar open. He let out a loud sigh of relief, but the pain kept going.
“Dad! Speak to me! Are you OK?” Justin called. He didn’t reply.
As the transformation went on, Frank hardly noticed his skin turning green, or his hair becoming as white as snow.
Justin’s arm felt his dad’s back expand, it grew. The fabric of his polo was getting tighter and tighter, just until it couldn’t hold the pressure anymore. Then it ripped right off.
Frank’s head hang downwards, facing the ground. He grunted and screamed; the transformation wasn’t painless. His expanding upper torso was supported by his arms, which he held in a 90 degree angle on the ground. In a clear moment he opened his eyes and saw his own biceps blow up to unfamiliar size, his forearms reaching Popeye-esque proportions and veins crawling all over his green skin.
Not only his upper body was growing, also his legs were expanding in size. The jeans he was wearing were soon too tight and starting ripping at the seams much like his polo. Tree trunks of thighs and blown-up calves could now fully support the grown upper body. His feet grew till they burst from his shoes.
After a minute or two, the tingling sensation went away and the growing stopped. The grunts and screams also stopped. Justin once again padded his dad’s now enormous back and asked if his dad was feeling alright.
Still no answer.
In place of Frank Smith was a bright green muscular man with white hair, wearing only torn down jeans, and his feet were bare and had a mild coat of mud on them.
