60TH CHAPTER: Hulk-Frank reverts to normal

"Calm down, Dad." Justin said. "Just relax."

Slowly, but surely, Hulk Frank slowly reverted to normal.

His muscles shrunk back to normal...
His skin turned from green to tan...
His hair, chest hair, and facial hair all became lightly grey again.

Frank was now normal again, but the only thing he was wearing was his damaged pants.
