Lady Tsunade stumbled through the streets of Konoha, her face crimson red from drinking a gratuitous amount of sake. Supporting her as she walked was her apprentice, Shizune. "Lady Tsunade, I really wish you would take it easy on week days, at least!" Shizune lectured her master for the umpteenth time on the same issue, her words only succeeding in making her chuckle. "Please, Shizune. Ill be right as rain in the morning. Now just you focus on getting me to the nearest hot spring!"
Shizune sighed heavily, "Lady Tsunade, its too late for-" before she could finish, Shizune bumped into a girl walking the opposite direction, causing her to drop the bags of groceries they were carrying and fall to the ground. "OH! Im so sorry, here let me help you." Looking closer, Shizune recognized the girl as Hinata Hyuuga, currently occupied with rubbing her backside. "Ow...N-no, its my fault, I wasn't looking where I was...Oh...M-miss Hokage!". Tsunade looked down at the girl with a delighted smile "Hinataaaaa! Hey there!" Tsunade casually reached out with one hand and pulled the girl to her feet by her hood, but seemingly forgot to let go, leaving hinata hanging about a foot off the ground. "U-um...hello miss Tsunade...C-can you let me down?" Tsunade put her head back and laughed at the girls timid request,"Ohohohohhoh...I forgot...hehehe..." Tsunade let hinata drop to her feet and resumed laughing. Shizune rolled her eyes and picked up Hinata's groceries, handing them to her with a smile on her face "Here Hinata chan, sorry about Tsunade...she'll be fine tomorrow..."
"Woooo Hina Chan! You should come to the hot springs with us! If you don't treat your body kindly you won't grow up big like me! Haheheahaha..." Tsunade emphasized her point by grabbing her left breast and pushing it up and down. Hinata looked dumbfounded, a massive blush on her face which she tried to hide by hanging her head. "I-I think I should be going...oh!" Hinata noticed a bottle of pocari lying on the ground next to her, and figured it must have fallen out. She bent down to grab it as Shizune once again began to lecture her master. "Lady Tsunade! Don't do such lewd things in public! You have an image to uphold!" Tsunade sighed and noticed a little bit of white sticking up out of the back of hinata's blue sweat pants, causing her to get a giant grin. "Hey Shizune, does this count?"
In one swift motion, Tsunade grabbed the back of Hinata's waistband and lifted her arm as high as she could, liftting hinata's butt off the ground three feet by an atomic wedgie! "EEEEEEEK!" Hinata's eyes shot open and tears began forming at their corners. Her knees buckled together as her upper body dangled forward, putting more pressure on the already burning wedgie. "AHAAAAA!" Shizune watched in horror as the tears rolled down Hinata's face, her legs kicking vainly as Tsunade laughed heartily while mercilessly bouncing her by her panties. "LADY TSUNADE! Put her down!" Shizune moved to grab Hinata's panties, but Tsunade twirled around and kept Hinata away from her apprentice. "Hahaha! Keep away!" Tsunade began running through the streets, causing people to stop dead and stare at the spectacle before them. Their new Hokage holding up the helpless Hyuuga girl by her panties as a frantic Shizune chased after them.
"Plehehehease let me down...." Hinata sobbed as she was continually bounced by the now tiny thread of cotton wedged firmly in her burning booty. Tsunade payed no mind to the girls plea's as she casually whipped her around towards Shizune, "Catch!". Shizune stopped and braced herself as Hinata hit her chest, instinctively holding on to her. "AHOOOOW!" Tsunade walked backwards, pulling Hinata's hips backwards and ripping the panties even further into her aching butt, as well as making it visible from her pants being lowered by the undies. "Shizune! Your hurting me...!!" Hinata looked at Shizune desperately as tears continued to stream down her face. "I AM SO SORRY!' Seeing her more in pain now than when she wasn't helping, she let the girl go. Hinata flew back towards Tsunade as she lifted up on the back of the panties with both hands, causing a huge rip right up the middle. "No mohohohore...." Hinata went limp, hanging off the ground with a wedgie that she considered unbearable a minute ago, and now was just agony.
"Thats enogh!!" Shizune tried to lower Tsunade's hands, but the hand she grabed just let go of Hinata's wrecked panties and shot down to the back of Shizune's own panties, gripping by the legholes and pulling to the back of her neck in one pull. "Alright! Two for one sale! Hahahahaha..." Tsunade indulged in her mirth as she interchangeably pulled up on Hinata's and Shizune's massive hanging wedgies, lifting one while lowering the other. Both the genin and jounin cry'ed out in pain as Tsunade continued to laugh boisterously. "OWHOW! TSUNADE FOR THE LOVE OF KAMI-" "You didn't answer me, Shizune! Ish this lewd or not? Ehehehe!" Both girls had their hands on their backsides, trying to cover themselves at least as they continually felt their undies rip into them for what felt like an eternity.
Finally, Tsunade painstakingly walked back to Hinata's groceries and dropped the girl on all fours, watching in amusement as she began the long process of removing the undies from her butt, pulling on the back of her blue sweats while whimpering painfully. "Here, buy yerself sum new panties with theese..." Tsunade dropped a bag of 5000 ryo on the girls butt, and turned around to continue to the Hokage's manner, still carrying her apprentice by the back of her panties as she struggled.
