11:43AM in the San Francisco suburbs, a trio of smiling girls dressed in girl scout uniforms anxiously ring a doorbell. A slender woman named Shirley calmly opens the door.
"It's happy girl cookie time. Would you like to buy some cookies ma'am." smiled one of the girls holding out a box.
Shirley looked at the eager smiles of the girls gripping cookie boxes with their enthusiastic hands. In spite of their energy, Shirley declined "Oh sorry girls. I'm on a diet."
Without losing a smile, one of the happy girls replied "But at least take a sample they're really good this year."
The happy girl held a cookie right up to Shirley, practically cramming it in her hand. Though Shirley found the girls' sales approach a little strong she acquiesced to the innocent gesture.
"Oh! All right" Shirley chuckled.
Upon taking a mere bite, Shirley was sent into a frenzy. All sorts of delicious sensations hit her at once. Her tongue salivated, her eyes widened, her spine tingled, her heart raced. Gasping for air, Shirley yelled "Ahh! GIVE ME EVERY BOX YOU HAVE!" and swiped every last box from the 3 girls. The smiling trio high fived in triumph as Shirley hauled off their entire supply.
Shutting the door behind her, Shirley swiftly tore open a box of cookies. Grabbing a handful, the hungry woman crammed it all at once in her mouth.
"Nomph momph! THESE ARE SO GOOD!" mumbled a ravenous Shirley.
Before she could even swallow, shirley had another handful of cookies ready to shove through her lips. Shirley continued to feverishly devour cookies, rapidly emptying cookie box after cookie box. Eventually Shirley calmed down.
"Oh my I seem to have lost control." Shirley said to herself looking at all of the empty cookie boxes scattered about. "And I was doing so good on my diet too." Shirley picked up a box. "I was just about at my ideal weight." she said tilting the box. A remaining cookie slide out onto her hand. Shirley nonchalantly tossed it in her mouth. "I guess its ok this time. Afterall these are the most delicious cookies I've ever tasted."
Shirley grabbed a new box and opened it up. "Hmm I wonder when those Happy Girls will return..."Shirley pondered as she reached into the box.
