You continue uneasy as you could see the throbbing testicle stopped expanding and slowy its beating. "What kind of... surprise you have stored?" You kept walking until the catwalk ended with a organing door in front leading the inside of the giant organic sperm tank/factory, there are pumping viens on the testicular walls that make it more... fascinating, slighly disturbing and more. the doors open startling you, expeting an ocean of Luxray's cum from the other side, instead, it looked empty, a black room leading to the unknown. "Enter! its part of the surprise!" say the voice of Luxray in your head, you ciertaly don't want to go but you made this far, there is no turning back. "look more close to the membrane-glass" You did obey him, looking more deeper in the creamy white ocea... you saw his tiny-sized sperm cells. billions of them. swimming aimlessly withing the testicle as expected. while they were all white there is a small difference, you could see some sperm with Blue tails and other with Yellow. "a Luxray's sperm is special, they have the same function and propieties of a normal sperm, except for the electrict charge. Each sperm cell have a positive or a negative charge, Blue is for negative charge and Yellow for Positive."
"a offspring from a negative charge, it'll be female, a possitive charge, It'll be male." You're where pulzzed with this but you didn't complained, scientifics say that there are no proper way to indentify the offsprings's gender of a electrict pokemon, this could be the answer. you venture deeper of the spermcuarium's underwater tunnel, you find the center of the testicle only to find one tunnel and a elevator that goes to an plataform on the cealing. each has a organic bulb-like lighting that shines on a little sign mark.

Sperm's process of creation, this room is where the sperm are created for a proper Luxray's Offspring. (WARNING: Stay away from the green goo.)
Spermcuarium's Plataform
Top of the Spermcuarium, there is a equipament for sperm diving to swim in the tank/testicle along with the sperm cells

Luxray is venturing deeply into the forest searching for something... or someone to relieve his stress. until he found her. A female Luxray peacfully sleeping beneath the shadow of a tree. Luxray look an her then to his balls and penis. he cannot longer control his urges.
