"Yeah, but they like seeing you more than they see me." Alicia retorts
I was getting fed up with her trying to get me to go out in public in just my towel. I know she was hoping that either boy, or a random stranger would yank it off me, thereby leaving me naked in the airport driveway. Shaking my head, I first checked to make sure my towel, as embarrassing as it was, was firmly secure around my body, where no amount of tugging could get it off.
"Well Erica?" Alicia prompted. "The boys can' wait forever you know"
"I know." I responded
That was all I said before I reached over, and undid Alicia's door, pushing it open. As expected, I felt her questing hand try and tug my towel apart, and felt it loosen slightly, yet it stayed. Hearing her huff of frustration brought a smile to my face. She may be my friend, but even I had limits to how much I wanted to be stripped. I then surprised her by shoving her out of the car, but not before grabbing the car keys from her and and locking the doors with her outside.
"Erica." Alicia said "Open the door."
"Nu-uh Alicia, I know your plan there. You wanted the towel off me in front of everyone. Not going to happen."
I smiled as she realized her little plan wouldn't fall through and grimanced.
"Now help the boys ok? We're holding up traffic."
"Fine." Alicia said and moved toward the boys.
After the luggage was packed, and everyone was in the car, I drove us off towards our respective homes.
