when the nurse changes you into a diaper, she tells you to go lie down on the table in the corner, bemused you go do what she says, she walks over to the cubord and pulls out a square package. you imedently reconise what they are and say "i'm too old for diapers!!!" she just ignores you and starts pulling down your wet skirt. she says "well I think that you just proven you need these by weting yourself on the way up here."
