It was just after the conclusion of the wing ceremony. Zelda was happy that Link had won. Unbeknownst to her, Link wasn't to happy with how she'd pushed him off of the goddess statue only moments ago. As Zelda was preparing to jump and call her Loftwing Link saw his chance. He darted out his hand and caught hold of her skirt and the underwear beneath it.
One moment Zelda was jumping away from Skyloft while preparing to lean forward as she called he Loftwing. The next moment she felt her self swing backwards as her panties sky rocketed upwards. She flailed around, but it only made the wedgie worse. She then turned around to see Link silently grinning with his hands wrapped around her panties, which he'd by now untangled from her skirt.
"Ow. Common on Link, stop. I'm sorry if you're mad that I pushed you. I knew the sailcloth would protect you. No harm done, ri-right?"
