Navi was in Kokiri Forest, it had been a measly year since Navi had to leave Link by himself, due to the Deku Tree Sprout (Who had now become the full Deku Tree)'s command.
Navi went over to Saria's house; Saria had been an old friend of both Link and herself, and she was the person who Navi spoke to, whenever she felt like talking to someone.
"So, Navi, how's the Deku Tree coming along?" Saria asked.
"Oh good, he and I talk every day, we're just getting along, like me and the Great Deku Tree did." Navi answered, is her small squeaky voice.
Later that Night....
Navi lay in her small bed, which was made by Link when they had traveled together; it was a little goodbye present. She then opened her eyes, not able to sleep, and decided to go see the Deku Tree.
The Deku Tree, however was sleeping, and Navi saw the Kokiri Emerald, which had been returned by the fair Princess Zelda, which should now be called as Queen Zelda, as she is the true ruler of the Hyrulian Land.
Navi saw the Kokiri Emerald wiggle, and wiggle, and eventually begin to fall off. She tried to catch it, but due to lack of true hands, she ended up having to hold it with her entire form. A green glow come from the Kokiri Emerald blinded her sight, and gave her the power to---allow her to change into a human like fairy.
After her body touched the Kokiri Emerald, there was a flash of light and to her everything looked smaller. She flew to a mirror and she looked to see her new form. She is 6’3”, has light tan skin color, transparent blue and white wings, ocean blue eyes, wearing a set of clothes with different shades and tints of blue, and has sky blue hair. She is also wearing a gold necklace around her neck with little emeralds, gold bracelets on her wrists with little rubies, and gold ankle bracelets with little sapphires in them.
All right, so this is after the Deku Tree has woken up, seeing Navi in a human state, knowing it is her because her wings are out.
"Navi, is that you, how art thou is such a humanly form as the Hero of Time? Was it my Kokiri Emerald that did that to you?" Deku Tree asked.
Navi looked at the Deku Tree before blushing with a smile.
"Yes, it is me Great Deku Tree. The Emerald did this to me." She said
"So, Navi, why have thou done this. Does thou wish to see thine Hero of Time once again? Is this why thou had used the prowess of the crystal to make you a human-fairy hybrid?"
She just shook her head and shrug her shoulders.
"It just happened and I don't know why the crystal changed me into this form." She said
"Hmm. Maybe it wishes for thou to do something with its powers. Well, whatever it may be, will you accept the challenge?" Deku Tree asked.
She looked at her body before looking back at the Deku Tree with a smile.
"Yes, I will accept the challenge head on." She said with determination
"Well, Mine mind has known of thus challenge for years, if thee are willing, I shall tell it to you." Deku Tree said. "First, you must returnith to me with the other Spiritual Stones, as you know, the Goron Ruby, and Zora Sapphire."
Navi nodded.
"I will return with the Spiritual Stones." Navi said
"Alright. I expect thee to come back successful." Deku Tree said
Navi nodded before flying out of the forest to avoid being noticed by the Kokiris.
"I hope she does well." Deku Tree said, before falling back to sleep.
Navi flew till she reached the entrance of the Kokiri Forest and she looked back into the forest remembering Link and Sara, but her form start to switch between fairy and human. Soon her body is human only with her wings and she started to walk toward goron's mountain.
“I need to make it to the Goron Sanctuary before I fully change back to fairy, and this challenge would be for nothing.” Navi said, switching between flying and running towards Kakiriko Village.
As Navi was running/flying to Kakiriko Village, a person notice her and he was running to catch up to her. He was wearing a tan cloak with his face covered and covering his clothes, he looked to be a head taller than navi; but he has black clothes under his cloak and his face is Hyrulean.
"Who are you?" Navi asked, panting from running, as it was her first time.
"Just a traveler passing through and I think that you may need some help with your challenge." The man said with a smile before picking up Navi and putting her on his back
"How...do you know of the...challenge? I thought only the Deku Tree knew."
The man smiled before picking up speed as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
"He still does, but as for how I knew; it’s one of my gifts and I can tell that you will need a hand reaching the top of the mountain.," the man said as he reached the stairs and ran up in a flash into the village and onto the gate
"Thanks for the help." Navi said to the man, now at the base of Goron Mountain.
"May I possibly get your name?"
The man was thinking for a moment before setting her on the ground and a sword appeared on his back.
"My name is Fado Zheitk."
"You may still need my help.," He said with a smile
"Thanks for the assistance. Let's continue up the mountain shall we?" Navi asked.
He nodded before running up the mountain with her.
"Yes, let's." He said as he pulled out his sword ready for anything
The two ran up the mountain, Fado taking on any fire Tectites with his sword, until they finally reached the Goron Sanctuary by nightfall.
"Thanks for the help. It was...helpful. I guess I could say." Navi said, shaking hands with Fado. "I'll go get the Goron Ruby."
Navi walked into the sanctuary and went to speak with the leader of the gorons.
"I have come for the Goron Ruby." She said
"The Goron Ruby?" Darunia asked.
"Why would you ever want such a thing? Sure I have it, but it's with my son Link in the Fire Temple."
"I have a challenge from the Deku Tree and I need the Goron Ruby for it." Navi explained
"Alright." Darunia said simply, pushing the statue he stood in front of to reveal the door to the Volcano.
"You know the way Navi." He said.
She nodded with a smile before she walked into the volcano to get inside the fire temple.
"Yes, Thank you Darunia." She said before leaving for the volcano
Navi entering the Volcano, got extremely sweaty, and then soon collapsed.
"Too...much...heat. I must keep going though" Navi said, continuing on.
She made it to the Fire Temple, and met with Darunia's son, who was named after Link.
"Hey, Dad told me you were coming, let me lead you to the Goron's Ruby." Link said.
"Yes thank you, Link." She said following him to the ruby
Link the Goron led Navi through the Fire Temple, took the Goron Ruby out of a Wall, and gave it smiling to Navi without a word.
"Thank you very, Link. I shall now leave." Navi said, leaving with the Goron Ruby.
Soon navi left the temple and the volcano with the goron ruby.
"Thank you Darunia for the ruby." Navi said stopping by the leader of the gorons and leaving to meet with fado outside of the sanctuary.  | Members who added to this interactive story also contributed to these: |
