Leroy thought to himself for a while as he keeps his eyes on the dictaphone before him. If matter and space being available to him meant what he is lead to believe; being able to change reality to his whims and desires. Assuming it's all true that is. He can reshape the world and everyone to however he sees fit. Which to a 15 year old teenage with raging hormones could mean a few certain desires are within his grasp. Now certainly changing the world to make it a better place is a lofty goal as it is rather vague. He made a note of deciding if he can change reality with this device then world changing stuff can come later. He use it to satisfy his desires and yearnings as a treat, a practice run even.
He tapped his chin with a finger to decide on what to use the dictaphone for. He came up with an idea something simple. "A picture of what I would look like if I was born a girl will appear." He recorded into the machine.

He tapped his thought thinking this was all a hoax until a photograph on his computer desk appeared. That is new. With that out of the way he decided to improve himself. "I am going to become more masculine. I am going to become a breeder stud before I even get finished with puberty. I will become more muscular, my cock will become 10.5 inches when fully hard, I will have plenty of stamina, and I'll have a set of golf ball sized balls full of productive swimmers." What will he do now?

Option #3: Use it go big and get a starter harem. He will use it have complete ownership of his crush Victoria, her mother, his teachers Gabriela and Gardenia, and all the Handal women. Each girl will see themselves as his loving slaves and property, and Leroy as the rightful owner and master of their earthly lives.
Option #4: Leroy knows to the extent of his desires and when he gets his harem he'll have way too many women for this house and town. So he decides to use the reality changing voice recorder to create a door to a world that is perfect for him, his women, and their future children.
Option #5: All of that sounds super grand to Leroy, but maybe just maybe he needs to start smaller with another test. Bringing to life his hypothetical girly self as a slave-wife.
