Leroy is given a camera from a strange being. Whoever is in frame is compelled to do whatever he says.

Taking from Rosario+Vampire EP 210, Leroy gets a mystic tooth/fang. If he compliments someone and says "je t'aime," they become infatuated with him, seeing him as their master and obeying every command. Stronger wills requires more pushing.
