The Ayakashi stood there as if he'd been forgotten about. "Hey! Don''t turn you back on me you emo freaks. I will destroy you both with my bare-", Kuesu then dispelled the Ayakashi with a disintegration spell killing it with no effort.
"Now that loose end is tied. Perhaps we could make our way to the hotel?", she asked.
You nodded. You followed her to the hotel where you made it to the best rooms in the entire hotel. The room was huge and fancy. You admired the change of scenery and let yourself get settled in.
"You may sleep in my bed if you like.", Kuesu offered.
You were nervous for a second since you've never slept with anyone before but you wanted to take it a little slow since this is the time where you have reunited with Kuesu. She walked toward you an said, "It's only natural for a future husband and wife to be sleeping in the same bedroom."
"Listen, I want to spend time with you that's for sure. And I trust that us being a future couple was made with good intentions but maybe for a while we should take it slow. Just until I fully understand the whole thing.", you said.
"I understand. Today has altered your path. But let me ask you something. What did that Ayakashi mean when he brought up that Uchiha clan?"
"Oh.. you see my family had placed me under the care of one of the families there for a while. They gave me this sword as a trophy and I am merely an honorary part of that clan. When it the clan was destroyed I spent some time on my own after that. But they allowed me to defend myself against those demons. Which I think was the reason my family sent me there in the first place.", you explained.
"Yoru I'm glad your ere now. Your safe with me now, and you'll never be alone again.", she hugged you.
"I felt the feelings you had when you touched my cheek. I never knew you would've kept loving me after all this time.", you mentioned.
"Yoru, before I met you. I thought nothing was worth living for other than murdering demons. Even when we were engaged I still didn't think you were meant for me. But even when I tried to push you away you still tired, and it made me feel special. Like I had something else to do other than slay demons and such. I never forgot that."
"I just wish I didn't."
"We'll find out one day perhaps but for now our lives will be a bit unpredictable. But for now this will do.", she kissed you again on the lips making you remember parts of what she mentioned. They were precious memories that you hold dear and true.
Indeed there would be time for you to reconnect but now you found each other again and it's all that matters...
