Bulma has to go to the bathroom

Bulma and Chi-Chi whiled away the hour over their dinner, slipping Gohan some food periodically to make sure he didn’t become hungry. By the time dessert was finished, Bulma’s belly had become just a bit distended.
“Excuse me, Chi-Chi. I need to use the ladies’,” Bulma told her friend, pushing back from the table and standing up.
“You’re taking Gohan with you?” Chi-Chi asked, indicating the little boy she had fished out of her waistband and placed between her breasts.
“Of course! Aren’t you curious to see what a girls’ bathroom looks like, Gohan?”
“Mm-hmm,” Gohan nodded. “Mom never let me go in one before.”
Bulma scoffed. ”Oh, Chi-Chi, you’re sheltering him. We’ll be back in a few minutes.” She walked to the back of the restaurant towards the restrooms, whispering discreetly to Gohan along the way.
“Ms. Bulma,” Gohan asked shyly, blushing at the question he was about to put forward. “Do women go to the bathroom for the same reasons as men do?”
“What do you mean, cutie?”
“Do women…pee and poop?”
Bulma snorted with laughter. “Absolutely, Gohan, why wouldn’t we? We all have the same bodily functions; it’s just that women aren’t supposed to discuss them. Your mother and I don’t get all uptight like a lot of girls.”
Bulma secured herself in a bathroom stall and pulled down her pants and panties before resting her well-shaped bottom on the porcelain seat. “Would you like to sit on my lap while I go, Gohan?”
“Y-yes, please.”
Bulma delicately placed the little boy on the flesh of her thigh, and Gohan focused his gaze on her fine-haired coochie. What had she come here to do?
