He transforms into a pony

Spike's stomach began to ache as it grew larger inside him. The first change was his eyes, turning into the eyes of a colt pony as he blinked. His claws receded into his arms and legs, flattening out to form hooves and throwing off his balance, falling onto his now forehooves. His scales seemed to be absorbed by the skin underneath, and the spines on the top of his head grew out into a short mane, as did his tail. Finally, as if to punctuate the transformation, his turned to that of a pony with a semi-loud pop. Spike shook his head and looked into small pond to find everything about him but his color had changed. His coat was a dark purple, similar to that of Twilights. His mane was short, and lime green. He experimented with his stretched muscles and found upon looking back that he had wings. He attempted to flap them, but they were too undeveloped to hover for more than a few seconds, let alone fly. Spike frowned and thought he should ask Rarity for a snack to cheer him up about being taunted by fate, and suddenly realized his teeth were far too weak to bite through gemstones. His jaw dropped to the ground before yelling in anguish at such misfortune. He walked back to the library and thought for a moment. What if Twilight didn't recognize him? Nopony would believe some random colt claiming to be a baby dragon! Well, one pony would, but Spike thought that might be a bit risky...
