Hard meeting!

*WHAM!*
Sudden confusion, a tangle of arms and legs and you land in a heap in the alley.
Groaning you sit up to find yourself staring right into the soft brown eyes of a beautiful woman.
"Oh I'm so sorry! I didn't see you." she says looking right past you it seems.
You see her fumbling on the ground and see, just out of her reach, a pair of very thick glasses.
An urge overcomes you, the hunger taking over, and you grab the glasses before she can take them.
"I..it's OK." you stammer, barely able to resist grabbing the woman right now! You have weird images flashing in your head about her sticking various appendages of her body into your mouth. Then you get an incredibly vivid image of her crawling hand over hand right down your throat to rest curled in your belly.
"Um Miss?" she says, shaking you out of your reverie.
"Oh, sorry." you say, that hallucination so vivid, not just vision, but touch and taste. Could you do that? Is it even physically possible? You eye her up and down. Her body IS impressive, probably 6 foot tall and very well proportioned (though it's difficult to tell her size with her sitting down).
She is wearing a tight fitting business suit, the buttons on her jacket popped open showing her impressive chest straining her shirt. Oh yes, you DO remember your session last week with Kate, and now this woman before you calls to you, but not just in lust, but in hunger! You don't think you can resist much longer!
