A deal with the Eggman

Against her better judgment, Melissa nodded, answering the old scientist with an affirmative answer. He in response laughed as Egg Pawns approached with a custom made outfit styled after Eggman's own red and black outfit. Orbot and Cubot soon arrived, holding a contract. Melissa sighed and sat down, reading through the contract for some time. Apparently part of accepting the contract involved wearing the outfit- Something about "brand recognition". Melissa sighed and put the uniform on, soon noticing a hole for both of her tails. Eggman on the other hand was wheezing.

"Oof... Jeez... Ah, my back... Alright, alright... Now that we've made our partnership formalized, we have what you want. Unfortunately, we can't exactly change you back to a fox boy, you do have the option of... Other transformations..."

Melissa tilted her head. Transformation? What came to mind first was being turned into a machine... And she had already risked that fate at least once... But maybe Eggman had more than just roboticization...? And then there was a feeling at the back of her mind that maybe becoming an immortal machine might not be too bad...
